Three career pathways: Technology, Business, and Languages.
All are D4 Applied Bachelor's degree programmes, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (S1), with a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) and the National Higher Education Standards, together with a substantial share of practical work and industry placements.

Politeknik 'Aisyiyah Batam is part of a network of hundreds of Muhammadiyah and 'Aisyiyah higher education institutions across Indonesia, an educational movement that has been proven over more than a century.
Muhammadiyah has been active since 1912 and 'Aisyiyah since 1917, delivering education that is strong, trusted, and grounded in the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. Located in the city of Batam, a strategic industrial city connected to international trade routes, PAB prepares professionals for the needs of the global workforce.

Vocational education emphasises practical skills, work competencies, and readiness to enter the industrial world. The D4 (Applied Bachelor's degree) is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree (S1), but with a greater share of practical work, case studies, and industry placements, so that graduates are more work ready.
